Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains how Dallas Attic ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you visit this website or request a Home Energy Assessment.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number and street address when you submit a booking form, and anything you tell us by phone or text.
- Information collected automatically: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, the website or ad that referred you (including Google Ads click identifiers and UTM campaign tags), and interactions such as form starts and call-button clicks. This is collected with cookies and similar technologies from Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
How we use it
- To contact you by phone or text about the appointment you requested, confirm the offer terms and schedule your visit.
- To provide the assessment, prepare your energy report and, if you ask, a proposal for recommended work.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website, including reporting which ads lead to bookings.
- To prevent spam and fraudulent submissions.
Calls and text messages
By submitting a form, you agree we may call or text the number you provided about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on a call. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, the independent certified rater who performs your test, our email, hosting and CRM providers, and Google for advertising measurement), or when required by law.
Cookies and advertising
We use Google services to understand site usage and measure ad performance. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
How long we keep it
We keep booking information for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and business record-keeping needs, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by calling or texting (469) 265-3139. Texas residents may have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act.
Children
This website is intended for homeowners and is not directed at children under 13.
